Washington Avenue

Currently in the schematic phase, this new mixed-use development in Endicott’s historic district will bring 14 apartments and three commercial spaces to a vacant lot. The building’s first floor will host two residential units alongside retail spaces, with additional apartments on the second and third floors. Designed for inclusivity, one apartment will be fully accessible for residents with mobility impairments, and another will be adapted for hearing or vision impairments. Planned amenities include a management office, communal laundry, a community room, and dedicated trash rooms.
