Fairmount Park - Union

ZFSA designed and built Fairmont Park Apartments, a 17-unit duplex townhouse development, with special considerations due to its location in a floodplain. Each apartment features a raised lower level, allowing for carports and secured mechanical/utility spaces. The design includes fully accessible units, with two duplexes specifically tailored for households with mobility impairments, and one unit adapted for individuals with hearing or vision impairments. The project was completed in 2021, combining functionality with thoughtful accessibility.
