Pulaski Apartments

ZFSA is proud to have contributed to the City Center Apartments project, a transformative, HCR-funded development in Oneida, NY. This site, previously home to a casket manufacturing company, required extensive environmental remediation, including the removal and disposal of contaminated soils before construction began.

The project features 40 residential apartments spread across four buildings, complemented by a community building equipped with a shared kitchen and computers for tenant use. Of these units, 18 are handicap-adaptable, two are fully accessible, and six are designed for tenants with audio or visual impairments. Each residential building includes laundry facilities, and the site boasts amenities like a covered pavilion, children’s play area designed to be inclusive of children with disabilities, bike racks, and benches.

The development was completed in August 2016 and achieved LEED Gold certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
