Auburn Rehab

ZFSA partnered with a developer to rehabilitate the Auburn Heights Apartments, improving the complex while adhering to NYS rehabilitation regulations to assist with funding. The project included the renovation of a 5-unit quadplex with a laundry facility and a 2-unit quadplex townhouse. Updates featured new exterior finishes, the addition of rear porches, and overall improvements to enhance the livability of the apartments. This project was completed in 2022.
