This 8,430-square-foot building renovation centered on the creation of a 4,200-square-foot Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office. The project also included a new entrance for the existing tenant space and improved access to common areas.

The renovations introduced a carefully designed interior layout optimized for patient flow, featuring new dental operatories, updated interior finishes, energy-efficient LED lighting, and reconfigured reception and exterior patient exit areas..

To ensure an ideal outcome tailored to Dr. Thurber’s specific needs, we utilized photo-realistic computer renderings throughout the design process. This allowed for the fine-tuning of every detail, delivering an optimal and personalized result..

By closely coordinating with the equipment supplier, we were able to reuse much of the existing dental equipment, facilitating a seamless transition into the new office space.
