Melone Village

ZFSA contributed to the Melone Village renovation, enhancing the complex’s efficiency and accessibility. Working alongside engineers, we prioritized sustainable solutions, selecting energy-efficient appliances and HVAC equipment to reduce costs and environmental impact. To meet New York State requirements, all units were updated with ADA-compliant bathrooms and kitchens, and we collaborated with state officials and contractors to ensure a smooth, timely process. Additionally, the outdated concrete stairways were replaced with welcoming covered porches, adding comfort and curb appeal for residents and visitors alike.
