Veda Leaf Dispensary
ZFSA partnered with Veda Leaf Dispensary to design and build one of the largest dispensaries in New York State. From initial client meetings to project completion, our team worked to create a state-of-the-art retail space that balances security, functionality, and an elevated customer experience.
The dispensary layout was carefully designed to include:
- Bud Teller Area for seamless customer transactions
- Secure Check-In Zone to regulate access
- Vault & Security Room ensuring compliance and safety
- VIP Seating & Event Space for exclusive gatherings and promotions
Construction began in spring 2024 and was completed in fall 2025. ZFSA led the full renovation process, providing construction administration, project management, and on-site oversight to bring the project from concept to reality. Located at 2921 Erie Blvd E in Syracuse, Veda Leaf is committed to offering premium cannabis, personalized consultations, and an experience that’s both enjoyable and empowering. This project showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality, client-driven design solutions within the fast-growing cannabis retail sector.
